At UIA, we deeply value the voices of the next generation. Their ideas, insight and energy have the potential to help shape the future of our community in Australia, in Israel, and across the Jewish world. The Young Leadership (YL) Division (ages 18-40) exists to connect younger adults to one another and to Israel, while empowering them to lead with purpose, passion and pride.

Shavim offers mental health support for Israelis facing trauma and psychological distress following their reintegration into civilian society during and after the war.
Shavim has quickly scaled to deliver early mental health interventions where traditional systems could not. By prevent long-term mental health challenges like PTSD, anxiety, and depression, it offers a vital pathway for healing that supports not just individuals, but entire families and communities.
