Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders

At UIA, we deeply value the voices of the next generation. Their ideas, insight and energy have the potential to help shape the future of our community in Australia, in Israel, and across the Jewish world. The Young Leadership (YL) Division (ages 18-40) exists to connect younger adults to one another and to Israel, while empowering them to lead with purpose, passion and pride.

A Global Movement, A Local Mission

Young Leadership is more than a division of UIA. It’s a widespread, international network of advocates and forerunners committed to community, continuity, and collective responsibility.

When you join Young Leadership, you’re not just showing up, you’re stepping up.
