Preparing for the Israeli workforce

Profession for Life offers multiple career tracks that help new immigrants bridge gaps in their previous accreditation to adjust to their Israeli counterparts. Participants receive professional training, licensing exam preparation, and access to Ministry-recognised certifications, all designed to fast-track their employment journey.

Learning the lingo in a new language

Programs include intensive Hebrew lessons, with a focus on industry-specific terminology. Ulpan classes are paired with resume workshops, interview coaching and housing support, creating a wraparound environment that helps olim gain confidence and stability in their new careers.

Specialised tracks across many sectors

Tracks include medical relicensing for doctors and nurses, software engineers, electrical work, culinary training, mechanics, carpentry, fitness instruction, and more. Each track is designed with the specific demands of Israel’s workforce in mind, ensuring real pathways to real jobs.

Whole-family support

More than 450 immigrants take part each year, with programs supporting not just the participant, but their family. Courses are designed with integration in mind, helping new Israelis build a sense of community, identity and contribution while securing financial independence.
