Women’s Division The UIA Women’s Division is a multigenerational women’s community united by a shared commitment to Israel, philanthropy and each other.

The philanthropic efforts of the Women’s Division focus on uplifting at-risk Israeli women, children, and families through our flagship initiative: Heartbeats.
Heartbeats is a national program providing critical care to Israeli mothers, children and families who are facing extreme hardship during the first 1,000 days of their baby’s life.
Heartbeats provides mentorship, as well as psychological, medical, and parenting interventions to support young at-risk families, laying the foundation for a healthy and emotionally resilient future.
The UIA Women’s Division is a community within itself. Across Australia, women unite for our events, programs, missions to Israel and donor recognition ceremonies. All of which foster a shared purpose – creating deep friendships, building community, and strengthening our collective impact for Israel.
Together, we can provide tailored mentorship and critical care for young mothers, laying the foundation for a brighter future for thousands of young families.
